DocLinks provides healthcare-focused digital services including but not limited to:

  • Doctor and Hospital Profile Listings
  • Subscription-Based Digital Presence Solutions
  • Healthcare Branding & Marketing Services
  • Paid Advertisements and Featured Promotions
  • Campaign Management and Technology Support

Services are provided strictly for professional and informational purposes.

2Medical Advice Disclaimer

DocLinks is a healthcare facilitation platform and does not provide medical advice directly.

Patients must consult registered medical practitioners for diagnosis and treatment. DocLinks serves only as an intermediary platform connecting patients with healthcare providers and does not replace professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.

3Subscription Plans

  • Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
  • All subscriptions are prepaid.
  • Subscription validity begins from the date of service activation, not the date of payment.
  • Renewal terms, if applicable, will be communicated separately.

4Payments & Billing

  • 100% advance payment is mandatory for all subscriptions and advertisement services.
  • Payments must be made through authorized payment methods approved by DocLinks.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), which shall be charged as per Indian law.

5Advertisement Services

  • Advertisement media budgets (e.g., Google, Meta, portal ads) are separate from DocLinks service fees.
  • Ad campaigns will start only after full payment of ad budget and management fees.
  • Ad approvals and performance are subject to third-party platform policies.

6Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments made to DocLinks are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for:

  • oPartial subscription usage
  • oEarly termination
  • oPaused or discontinued campaigns
  • oUnused ad budgets (subject to third-party platform rules)

7No Guarantee of Results

DocLinks does not guarantee:

  • Patient leads or appointments
  • Revenue growth or ROI
  • Rankings, impressions, or conversions

Results depend on multiple factors including competition, budget, market conditions, and patient behavior.

8Subscriber Responsibilities

The Subscriber agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful professional information
  • Ensure all medical claims, promotions, and content comply with:
  • oNMC / MCI / applicable medical guidelines
  • oHealthcare advertising laws
  • oEthical medical communication standards

DocLinks is not responsible for regulatory actions arising from Subscriber content.

9Content Ownership & Usage

  • Subscriber retains ownership of their content.
  • Subscriber grants DocLinks a non-exclusive right to display, promote, and market the content during the subscription period.
  • DocLinks may remove or modify content that violates policies or regulations.

10Third-Party Platforms

DocLinks may integrate with third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, WhatsApp, SMS gateways, and hosting providers.

DocLinks is not liable for:

  • Platform policy changes
  • Ad disapprovals or suspensions
  • Technical downtime beyond its control

11Suspension & Termination

DocLinks reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if:

  • Payments are delayed or reversed
  • False, misleading, or unethical medical claims are identified
  • Laws, platform policies, or this Agreement are violated

12Limitation of Liability

DocLinks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, reputation, or patients.

13Modification of Agreement

DocLinks may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, only.

15Acceptance

By subscribing, making payment, or using DocLinks services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Subscriber Agreement.
